Rockabye Baby - This is the panda painting. I have a gadget on my computer that constantly streams from the Panda enclosure at the San Diego Zoo. I have watched two babies be raised through that webcam, and it is absolutely amazing. One night Bai Yun was rocking Yun Zi in her arms...we are all so similar. Humans seem to be the only ones that don't think they are part of nature...I simply wanted to capture the similarities. Pandas are extremely endangered, so consider donating money to the San Diego Zoo, which is wildly successful at breeding Pandas. This is oil pastel on Arches Paper 18X24 and is $500.

Spirit of Bear Creek - This painting is honor of the memory of the Grizzly Bears that once roamed the San Juans of Colorado. Bear Creek is at the end of Telluride, and one night while gazing up at the moon over the canyon, I could have sworn that I saw the Spirit of Grizzly Bear emerge from the clouds. This painting is $900 unframed and is mixed media on Arches Paper that measures 22X30.

Notre Ami - This is of a Black Bear that often munches on apples in my area. Nobody turns him into the DOW. He is our secret, because he stays away from us. I love watching him, and he seems to enjoy watching me! This is a mixed media painting on 14X20 inch Arches Paper, and unframed it sells for $425.

Bliss - I painted this after watching Planet Earth. It is of a Mother Polar Bear with her baby. They were curled up together in bliss and love. It brought tears to my eyes, and I had to paint them. This is a 14X20 oil pastel and acrylic painting on Arches Paper. It is $425.

Oso de mis Suenos - I dreamt of this bear several times in my dreams, and I kept seeing myself painting him. I kept having the dream until pastel touched paper and let hime come forward. Unframed this is $425 and is mixed media on 14X20 Arches Paper.

Hermanitos - I had the luck to see these two baby bears in Colorado one day. I took a very quick picture and hurried on my way hoping to not upset the mother that I was sure was watching me!
